UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options for orders within the UK:

• Large Letter Delivery: £2.95 – Available for eligible smaller items, including stickers and accessories.

• Standard Delivery: £3.95 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 for small parcels up to 2kg.

• Free Delivery: Orders over £75 – Free standard delivery on eligible UK orders.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. A tracking number will be attached to your order.

Dispatch Times

We aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 days.

Dispatch times may vary depending on order volumes and availability. During particularly busy periods, orders may take a little longer to process.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days with Tracked 48.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not guaranteed. Delivery times begin once Royal Mail has physically received your parcel, not when your order is placed or your shipping label is created.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

You can use this information to follow your parcel through the Royal Mail tracking service.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 working days before contacting us. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at shop@fatwillyssurfshack.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate this for you.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at shop@fatwillyssurfshack.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been handed to Royal Mail, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply where the incorrect address was supplied by the customer.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery to selected countries. Available destinations and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and the postal service used.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges depending on the destination country. These charges are not necessarily included in the delivery price shown at checkout.

If additional customs charges arise when arranging an international shipment, we may contact you before dispatch to explain the costs and discuss the available options. In some circumstances, we may be able to contribute towards these costs.
