Everything you need to know about delivery, dispatch and tracking your Fat Willy's Surf Shack order.
UK Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options for UK orders:

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, including eligible large-letter orders.
How Long Will My Order Take?
We aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 days.
Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Please remember that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
You can use this to follow your parcel through Royal Mail.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 working days before contacting us. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at shop@fatwillyssurfshack.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate it for you.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery to selected countries. Available destinations and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
International orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and customs charges. These are not necessarily included in the delivery price shown at checkout.
If additional charges arise when arranging an international shipment, we may contact you before dispatch to explain the costs and discuss the available options.
