Christmas shopping starts early, so we're giving you extra time to return your purchases this festive season!

Whether you're shopping for Christmas presents, taking advantage of our Black Friday offers or treating yourself, you can shop with a little extra peace of mind.

🎁 Our Extended Returns Period

Any purchases made between Tuesday 10 November and Tuesday 15 December 2026 qualify for our extended Christmas returns period.

Eligible returns can be requested up until Friday 15 January 2027.

This applies to purchases made through our online store and in person at our 4 Fore Street, Newquay shop.

Purchases made from 16 December onwards are covered by our standard 30-day returns policy, giving you 30 days from purchase or delivery, as applicable.

Our usual returns conditions apply throughout both periods.

Our Returns Conditions

Our usual returns conditions still apply throughout the extended period:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Original tags must remain attached where applicable.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Change-of-mind returns must be returned at the customer's expense.

For online purchases, please submit your return request through your customer account. For in-store purchases, please contact us before returning your item.

Please ensure your return request is submitted by Friday 15 January 2027. For postal returns, we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48 and obtaining proof of postage. Your parcel may arrive with us after the deadline, provided it was posted by the deadline.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Our usual refund processing times apply.

🚚 Christmas Delivery 2026

Want your order to arrive in time for Christmas? We've planned our final dispatch dates around Royal Mail's recommended Christmas posting deadlines and local Post Office opening times.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Our standard delivery service. Our final recommended order date for Tracked 48 delivery will be Friday 18 December 2026.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

For orders placed closer to Christmas, we'll aim to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 wherever possible.

Our planned final dispatch date for Tracked 24 is Monday 21 December 2026. Depending on local Post Office opening times and availability, we may also be able to dispatch some orders on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 December.

Delivery prices will be adjusted on our website to reflect the available service at the time of ordering.

Important Christmas Delivery Notice

Royal Mail's Christmas posting dates are recommendations, not guaranteed delivery dates. Although Tracked 24 is a faster delivery service, it does not guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas.

Any additional weekend dispatches will depend on local Post Office opening times and our ability to get parcels to Royal Mail.

We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

🎅 Bought a Christmas Present Before 10 November?

If you've purchased something from us before 10 November and it's intended as a Christmas present, don't worry!

Get in touch with us at shop@fatwillyssurfshack.co.uk, quoting your order number, and we'll see if we can arrange an extended returns period for you.

We'll consider these requests on a case-by-case basis.
