Christmas / New Year's Information
🎄 Christmas Delivery & Returns 2025/26
We are taking a short break over the New Year's period & January, so our online store and returns department will be temporarily closed.
Please read the information below to ensure your order arrives on time and to understand how our Christmas returns process will work.
🎁 Christmas Delivery Cut-Off
To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by:
📦 Thursday 19 December — 3:00pm (UK Time)
Orders placed by this time will be packed and dispatched the same afternoon, with our final Royal Mail drop-off at approximately 4pm.
Orders placed on or after Friday 20 December
We will still dispatch orders placed on 20 December, however delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
These orders may arrive before or after Christmas, depending on Royal Mail’s workload and national posting dates, however they're very likely to arrive after Christmas.
🎄 Online Store Closure
Our online shop will be closed for orders from 27 December at 2pm while we are away.
The exact reopening date will be updated here closer to the time.
🎁 Christmas Returns Update
We are extending our returns period for all December orders to ensure customers can still return past our standard 30 day returns policy
Extended Christmas Returns Window
Any order placed between 1 December and 24 December will qualify for an extended return period.
Returns will reopen when we return in late January, and customers may send items back until 10th February.
📬 Sending Returns Over Christmas
Because we are away, parcels sent after Christmas will not reach us in time and cannot be processed until we reopen.
Please hold onto any returns and send them once our returns department reopens at the end of January.
During the closure:

Returns cannot be accepted or processed

Refunds and exchanges will resume when we return

Any parcels sent during this time may be delayed or returned to sender
🧾 When Returns Reopen (Late January)
Our standard returns policy will apply:

Items must be unwashed, unworn and in resellable condition

No direct exchanges (return for refund, then reorder if needed)
